Refund and cancellation policy

Eligibility overview

Fees paid for open-enrollment seminars and private group sessions may be refunded according to the timelines below. Registering interest alone does not create a charge.

Open-enrollment seminars and clinics

• Full refund if you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before the session start time.
• Fifty percent refund if you cancel between thirteen and seven days before start.
• No refund for cancellations inside seven days, except when we cancel the session.

Private group sessions

A deposit may be required to reserve facilitators and a venue. Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel at least twenty-one days before the reserved date. Inside twenty-one days, deposits are non-refundable because preparation and room holds have begun. The remaining balance follows the open-enrollment timeline above once paid.

When we cancel or reschedule

If Web Alder Hub cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another published date at no extra fee. If we reschedule and the new date does not work for you, you may request a full refund of amounts paid for that seat.

Rescheduling by the learner

One complimentary transfer to another published date is allowed if requested at least seven days before the original session, subject to seat availability. Additional transfers may incur an administrative fee disclosed in writing.

No-shows

Failure to attend without prior written cancellation is treated as a late cancellation: no refund for that seat.

Work already started and materials

Printed binders and customized private-group agendas prepared after confirmation are non-refundable once production has started. Digital pre-reads already emailed may remain yours; they do not create a separate refundable product.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue surcharges expressly marked non-refundable on your confirmation, and rush bilingual print runs ordered at your request inside five days of the session, are non-refundable.

Refund process and timing

Email info@web-alderhub.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days after approval. Bank processing times may add additional days.
